Abstract:

China's economy is in a rapid development period, demand for energy will continue to grow, energy and environmental constraints on sustainable development will be more and more serious, therefore, developing clean energy technologies and accelerating the localization of clean resources development is an inevitable choice. Renewable energy is a kind of technology with small environmental costs,clear developing prospects and less controversy. China has promulgated the Renewable Energy Law, passed legislation to establish a strong promotion of the development of renewable energy policy framework, and issued guidance of industrial development of Renewable Energy and Long-term Development Planning as well as a series of management policies. Strong development and use of renewable energy sources has been identified as the inevitable selection for China′s energy development.

Abstract:

Energy is an important basis for the sustained and sound development of Chinese economy and society. Energy revolution of production and consumption is the only way to promote China’s development. As a national development strategy of promoting energy revolution of production and consumption, it has been gradually implementing. This paper indicates the significance of driving energy revolution of production and consumption from the perspective of the relationship between energy, economy and society. It elaborates the background of China’s energy revolution, and analyzes the major issues which affect the energy revolution through the historical experience of developed countries. Finally it proposes strategies for energy revolution based on current situation, in order to provide reference and support for energy revolution in China.

A methodology of implementing target mixing ratio for asphalt mixture

Abstract: In order to implement the objective mix design of hot mix asphalt adequately during the construction process, the significance of objective mixing ratio was elaborated, and the variability of materials and its control method were analyzed. An engineering example is used to illustrate the debugging process of asphalt mixture batching & mixing plant and the dynamic quality management methods. The results show that the set of methods can not only implement the objective mixing ratio of hot mix asphalt adequately, but also control production during the construction process effectively.

Anovel approach of noise statistics estimate using H∞ filter in target tracking

Abstract: Noise statistics are essential for estimation performance. In practical situations, however, a priori information of noise statistics is often imperfect. Previous work on noise statistics identification in linear systems still requires initial prior knowledge of the noise. A novel approach is presented in this paper to solve this paradox. First, we apply the H∞ filter to obtain the system state estimates without the common assumptions about the noise in conventional adaptive filters. Then by applying state estimates obtained from the H∞ filter, better estimates of the noise mean and covariance can be achieved, which can improve the performance of estimation. The proposed approach makes the best use of the system knowledge without a priori information with modest computation cost, which makes it possible to be applied online. Finally, numerical examples are presented to show the efficiency of this approach.
